Assured Document Destruction offers Document Imaging, we can turn boxes of documents into easily searchable digital images. We will transform your paper records into indexed files, any of which are easily retrieved with a mouse click. Documents are sorted and prepped to be scanned, fed through a commercial grade scanner, and then each file is indexed per your specific instructions. Once scanned, our finished work can be written to searchable CD/DVDs, hard drives, or flash drives. A “scan on demand” feature is available for records that are stored in our facilities. Any file that is stored with us can be requested to be scanned and available for viewing over our secure web portal. This feature can greatly reduce the upfont scanning costs.
